Dance Elevated registration will be held Tuesday evening from 5:30pm – 8:30pm. During that time we’ll be having fun & interactive ice-breaker games for the attendees.

Day 1

Participants will have the opportunity to explore their purpose in dance and what they are wanting to move towards in their lives.  The outcome of this session is that each dancer will understand their own “why” and “how” for achievement in their lives.

Day 2

Teenagers are facing an inordinate amount of pressure these days from themselves, peers, social media, parents, coaches, etc.  In this session, participants will learn practical skills for handling the daily pressures of life.

Day 3

This session will give the participants guidance on how to talk to themselves so they are increasing their opportunities and possibilities for successful experiences, how to carry themselves, and how to effectively use imagery.

Day 4

The focus of this session will be to increase the self-confidence of all participants and give them tools they can use to continue down their life path believing in themselves and their possibilities.

Among that in our classes we will also be teaching and promoting self-love and confidence, as I believe that is one of the first keys, amongst other crucial tools to success that have helped me become the best dancer and person possible.”
